Named after the year of the London Olympics, 2012 share the Olympian mindset 'Faster, Higher, Stronger' as they strive to deliver a show beyond that which can traditionally be expected from a 4 piece rock band.

The 707; Cambridgeshire based cover band since 2011. Their repertoire is filled with music ranging from the 70’s all the way to the present day indie, pop, rock and new wave. Their unique interpretation gives the band a youthful energy which combined with a professional overall sound is guaranteed to appeal to people of all ages and musical interests.

ABBALarf

ABBAlarf is Yaxley's very own ABBA tribute act. Consisting of Alan Blackwell on the keyboards Steve Colbrook on the guitar and Tammy Colbrook and Alison Harnick on the vocals. They started out in 2008 and have performed at various venues in and around East Anglia. ABBAlarf is a tribute to the music and magic of ABBA.

Adam Leon

Adam Leon was born in Wakefield, Yorkshire, UK, started writing music from a very early age and soon fell in love with performing in front of crowds while growing up playing bars and clubs to self fund recordings of his original music. Adam did his first international tour in Zimbabwe in 1997 having an amazing life changing experience.

Crowbone

Crowbone

Crowbone was formed in 2018 with the aim of showcasing some of the exciting new rock blues created by artists like Clutch and Gary Clarke Jr. There’s still plenty for old-school, blues guitar aficionados to enjoy however, with the inclusion of material from the likes of ZZ Top and Robin Trower. The band also writes and performs original compositions heavily influenced by the likes of Black Sabbath and Led Zeppelin.

Robin Brisley has been performing for many years and his wealth of experience and musicality complements Tiesha well.

Live Wire are an Alternative band from Peterborough. Their sound stems from the likes of Pixies, Manic Street Preachers, Led Zeppelin, The Smiths etc. The band is the Frankenstein’s monster of Louis Glasby. Having met Alfie Thompson, Aslan and Sammy Flowers at theatre, they brought to life Louis’ tunes. With the addition of Jaz Moore to bang the drums, the five piece form the band, Live Wire.

Soul Intention is an 8-piece sixties soul band based in Somersham, Cambridgeshire, UK. Their line-up consists of two female singers, a rhythm section of drums, bass, guitar and keyboards and a saxophone horn section that also provides backing vocals. They play songs from the 1960s that were recorded on the Stax and Motown labels together with other songs from the same era that have a similar "soulful intention".
